Purchased Atto 3 from PPS BYD in March.
The showroom team was very hospitable and welcoming. Sales team (Dorababu Garu) was very prompt, responsive and transparent in the whole process. Delivery process was smooth with constant communication.
The car (Atto 3) is terrific. At home charging process is easy. The range is excellent. Post sales service and support is also very responsive.
EV Charger installation at home also went very smoothly. Special thanks to the EV Charger installation team (eChargeBays) that PPS BYD partnered with.
